How do I inquire about a return?
Our goal is to help you find the products that you and your skin will love! If you have any problems with your order or if you are unsatisfied and would like a refund, please email info@relivorganics.com
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been processed, as our packing and shipping are done by a third party fulfillment center, and we do not have the ability to intercept orders after “check out”.
What is your return policy?
- Within 30 days, you may return all unopened items for a full refund charged back the method of payment used to to purchase your item(s)
- Within 30 days, you may return all opened items for a store credit
- After 30+ days, all items are final sale
- You can expect your payment to be refunded, or store credit to be issued within 3 days of receiving your return
Do you pay for shipping?
ReLiv Organics will not refund the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
If you are shipping outside of Canada please make sure to label your package as a ‘Return’ on customs documents. ReLiv Organics will not pay duties or taxes on return shipments. If you are shipping products back for a refund, we strongly recommend you get tracking and insurance for your package. We are not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
If you are shipping an item over $85, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
